Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates, cost breakdowns, and cost summaries based on technical and engineering inputs and customer tender requirements, using Bills of Quantities (BoQ) take-off.
- Coordinate with the technical and engineering team to submit technical proposals and handle customer inquiries.
- Evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotations and select suitable options to meet project tender and pricing requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis and attend tender discussions to assess specifications and understand customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

- Relevant working experience in project assistant role
- Training provided
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Working Details:

- Working location: Loyang
- Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm; Sat, 8am - 12pm
