**What we do**:
We take food waste and transform it into sustainable, all-natural protein and oil for pet food, poultry and aqua feed, and nutrient-rich organic fertilisers.

**The role**:
As the Growth Associate, you will be driving the strategy, leading the end-to-end execution of new monetisation and long-term value creation initiatives, as well as supporting the existing strategies of our Marketing team. This spans across proposal and execution of tactical campaigns, overseeing visual creation & deployment, to post-campaign performance analysis.

Your responsibilities include:

- Collaborate and coordinate across with our marketing, commercial and operation teams on campaign planning and execution based on IFT business objectives, branding guidelines and key accounts' goal. This will also include working with our stakeholders across the IFT value chain.
- Conceptualise, develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand equity and sales transactions via major campaigns
- Conduct and provide in-depth post-campaign analysis, track daily key metrics, offer and execute on proposed recommendations to achieve overall targets
- Strive for deep understanding of the country markets and product design, seamless communication and sync-up with relevant stakeholders, e.g. regional branding and growth, product, country marketing teams.
- Keep abreast of product developments in the market landscape, general trends on the sustainability and insect industries, offline retail and e-commerce landscape to optimise campaigns
- Good command of back-end operation systems, streamline workflows and demonstrate operation excellence in day-to-day operations.

**What qualities we're looking for**:

- You are data driven — able to break down problems into their component parts and levers
- You have sensibility for copywriting — you obsess over how your words can drive action
- You have solid understanding of digital marketing and building an acquisition/conversion funnel
- You have a good sense of visual communication, conversion optimization and UX principles
- You are able to come up with hypothesise, execute, and test improvements on our key marketing channels
- You are able to analyse and monitor performance against ROI goals & continually make recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth
- Highly desirable: experience in e-commerce, or running your own business/side-hustle

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of English with good communication and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Able to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations and coordinate with stakeholders under tight timelines and pressure
- Independent and self-motivated. Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of tasks. Flexible to taking on new and challenging tasks or projects
- Analytical and structured thinker who is comfortable with numbers. Have a good affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution and problem-solving
- Reliable and possess strong team spirit. Able to work collaboratively, is patient and has good social skills
- Prior experience (at least 1 year) in marketing, e-commerce, digital payments is a bonus
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Bring an informed POV about the latest sustainability trends and insights on the insect farming industry
