The Coffee Bean Roasting Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining coffee roasting machines to produce high-quality roasted coffee beans. This role involves monitoring the roasting process, ensuring consistency in quality, and adhering to production schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate coffee roasting machines to roast coffee beans according to established recipes and production schedules.
- Monitor and control roasting parameters such as time, temperature, and airflow to ensure optimal roasting results.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of roasting equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Conduct quality control tests and inspect roasted beans for consistency in color, aroma, and flavor.
- Record and maintain detailed production logs and reports.
- Assist in packaging and labeling roasted coffee beans.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and refine roasting profiles.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in coffee roasting or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee roasting techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in product quality.
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform routine maintenance on roasting equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move bags of coffee beans weighing up to 35kg.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the roasting process.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
