Maintain knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavour profiles to guide customers in their coffee choices. Ensure that all coffee equipment is clean, well-maintained, and calibrated for optimal performance. Handle customer orders for both food and beverages efficiently and accurately, providing a friendly and engaging experience. Conduct regular quality checks on coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients to ensure freshness and consistency. Recommend and promote café offerings to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the preparation area, espresso machines, and brewing equipment. Requirements Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a barista in the coffee industry Passion for Coffee and F&B industry Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Take pride in quality of service and food with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high coffee quality standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. On job training will be provided for candidates with no coffee background or knowledge. Food safety and hygiene training will be provided.
