What You'll Be Doing:
Curriculum Development & Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive public speaking curricula tailored for various age groups (7-16). You'll also design and facilitate interactive activities that foster crucial social-emotional growth, including emotional regulation, empathy, and social awareness.

Engaging Training Sessions: Deliver dynamic and captivating training sessions that ensure a fun, supportive, and productive learning environment.

PSLE Oral Mastery: Take on a key role in preparing students for the PSLE English Oral examination. You'll expertly teach and coach conversation skills, reading aloud techniques, and how to present opinions clearly and confidently.

Student Progress & Feedback: Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, actionable feedback to support their development in both general public speaking and PSLE-specific oral techniques.

Parent Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.

Positive Classroom Management: Manage classroom dynamics skillfully, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive learning atmosphere for all students.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest best practices in public speaking, social-emotional learning, and youth development, especially within the context of the Singapore education system.

What We're Looking For:
Oral Communication Expert: You possess strong expertise in conversation skills and/or significant experience teaching English oral communication techniques.

Engaging & Fun-Loving: You have a demonstrated ability to create and deliver highly engaging, hands-on, and genuinely fun learning experiences that captivate young learners.

Responsible & Approachable: You're known for being responsible, friendly, and approachable, easily connecting with both students and parents.

Exceptional Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch.
