Singapore CENTRAL SHIP MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Overseeing Bunker Cargo Operations in association with Ship’s Officers.
- Managing Cargo Documentations such as BDN, Time sheet, quantity & quality certificate, cargo samples etc.
- Safeguard Product Quality & Quantity and co-ordinate between the Bunker tanker and the bunker receiving ship/terminal.
- Ensure all Bunker Cargo Loading, Discharging / Bunker Delivery to receiving ships/terminals is in compliance with Company Instructions and as per SS:600 and TR:48, wherever applicable.
- Ensure the safe operation of Mass Flow Meter in compliance with SS:648.
- Ensure that Custody Control Procedures in respect of Cargo Storage onboard bunker tanker and cargo movements are effectively Implemented and Documented.
- Ensure specific instructions from Ship charterers are complied with without any complaints.
- Maintain Proper and Timely Records of inventory in the Stock Movement Logbook and daily ROB report.
- Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the company’s Operations Department immediately and assist in onsite investigation, as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management. Will work in rotation with another cargo officer under buddy system.

**Requirements**:

- Applicant should be suitably qualified to take up the job of Bunker Cargo Officer.
- Should have successfully completed the training as per SS:648.
- Should have completed the refresher training as per SS:600 & TR:48 as required.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience of working in Singapore bunker industry as Bunker Cargo officer and/or Bunker Surveyor.
- Should be fluent in speaking & writing in English.
- Preferably should be able to communicate in Bahasa language (Indonesian).
