The Channel Marketing Manager - APAC plays the key role in providing and improving marketing support for Asia Pacific re-sellers and Distributors. This involves supporting ESET channel-driven sales, marketing organization and growing network of partners.
Job description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support new product launch efforts in channel including collateral, communication strategy, training tools and related activities.
- Track competitive channel marketing programs, market and channel trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI.
- Work closely with ESET direct offices in the region and support ongoing priorities, including product presentations, trade shows, research and competitive intelligence.
- Analyze sales reports and market feedback from internal and external sources to identify key issues, trends, opportunities and market share growth/decline for use in marketing and sales planning purposes.
- Build project plans and timetables that include regional rollups, as appropriate. Ensure all deliverables align with project scope.
- Collaborate and lead to optimize the campaigns by working with relevant team members/ cross functional team
- Lead the Product Marketing Executive and Marketing Coordinator to conduct a range of market research activities to better identify target audiences and attract them through compelling content across the appropriate channels.
- Track, report, and analyze program performance, and make recommendations for further improvement.
- Provide recommendations and manage budget requirement for the various marketing campaigns
- Initiate new activities and programs to achieve various segment business objectives
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
Experience
- At least 5years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in channel marketing
Knowledge
- Full experience/exposure to end-end marketing is required
- Knowledge in Agile project management will be helpful
Language
- Excellent grasp of English, both oral & written, is a necessity
Managerial skills
- Leads 2 permanent employees - Marketing Coordinator (Grade 13) and Product Marketing Executive (Grade 14)
