**1. **Development and Management of Le Club FICOFI®’s SEA Members Portfolio**
- Expand and reinforce Le Club FICOFI®’s base of members, by looking after their needs and by accompanying them in their wine journey.
- Together with the Purchase & Offer team, build and execute tailor-made offers to Members.
- Together with Head of Chapter, develop and execute the SEA Experience strategy to achieve plan.
- Use sales reporting systems to plan, monitor, report and analyse business performance against plan.

**2. **Enhance Members experience and expertise (Advisor role)**
- Increase the Club’s knowledge of our existing Members by better defining and updating the wine profile of each Member.
- Take care of existing Members from various other chapters travelling to your country.
- In conjunction with other LCFAs, facilitate inter-Chapters meetings among Members.
- Deliver wine trainings and education to Members when required.
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to members.
- Review member’s annual feedbacks and implement necessary improvements and upgrades.

**3. Collaboration with other departments worldwide**
- Support the successful execution and completion of the Events program. In coordination with the Events department and FICOFI management.
- Collaborate with Members Services Managers Team (MSM) to implement successful tailor-made tasting dinners.
- Work closely with the logistics department and the MSM team to ensure the proper delivery of wines and management of the Members’ private wine collections.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a specialty in Wine and Spirit Management.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial in a multicultural environment with proven track records in closing deals
- WSET level 3, passion, and expertise in Wine
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
- Drive for results and perseverance
- High level of proactivity and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial and flexible attitude
- Familiar with reporting software tools
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French, Cantonese or Mandarin are an advantage.
