**About The Role**

Support administrative functions of the agency

Run programmes under supervision and guidance of professional staff

Support professional staff in the planning and running of programmes

Assist in the collection and entry of completed data into the system

Maintain records and assist in submission of reports

Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor/ CD

**Technical Competencies**:
Poly diploma in social work (preferred) or any discipline, or Higher Diploma in Social Service

0-3 years of working experience

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Some relevant working experience and knowledge of SSNet would be advantageous

Good command of English language
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good team player

Resourceful

IT Literacy/knowledge

- Ability to engage with people, planning and organising projects, network with external agencies and stakeholders.**Preferred achievements / characteristics**:
