We're searching for a proactive, motivated, and creative Lead Consultant to join our growing team, which works with a wide range of clients. The Lead Consultant position is a unique combination of business and technical consulting with an emphasis on experience solutions.

**Requirements**:

- This person is responsible for the effective onboarding, development, and handover of various client projects as a lead consultant, and works with the project management and operations teams to create high-quality technical solutions.

- Develop NCS Adobe growth and technology strategy related to NCS Regional Adobe practice.
- Drive internal, client, and third-party vendor mixed teams through the execution phases of technology consulting, architecture engagements, and large transformations.
- Work with NCS’s architecture teams, sales/pre-sales teams, account managers, heads of business units and NCS competency centres, providing technical guidance and solution designs
- Assist with pre-sales tasks such as evaluating Adobe opportunities, responding to RFPs, producing proposals and presentations, establishing contacts with clients and prospects, and assisting with the closing and signing of new deals.
- Make recommendations for solution implementation strategies, as well as estimates, timelines, and cost analyses that will lead to effective program implementation and delivery.
- Begin new projects by leading the initial discovery phase, collaborating with NCS project management and clients to develop prototypes and proof of concept.
- Recognize chances for transformation by understanding, defining, and capturing the architecture of customers.
- Conduct a requirements assessment with partners to determine which training courses are required to ramp-up on platforms and solutions.
- Communicating with and managing business stakeholders to grasp context and define strategic direction.
- Engaging clients with varied levels of maturity at the CxO level to lead innovation and the creation of strategy
- Considering technical, delivery, and commercial factors when evaluating architecture options and making recommendations
- Converting business and technical requirements into architecture designs that are cohesive, consistent, and comprehensive.

- High achiever with a passion for success and a history of driving large scale Adobe transformation projects
- Ability to lead the Adobe capability in Singapore and overseas therefore build and enhance long lasting client relationships
- Extensive experience with Adobe platforms and various other digital marketing solutions such as, not limited to AEM, Campaign, Target, Analytics, Audience Manager, Forms, and Magnolia.
- Background as an Architect or Project Management involved in implementation of complex system architectures with AEM / Java based Web Content Management Systems
- Conversant in enterprise product, solution and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to Adobe ecosystem
- Confident in expressing points-of-view, making recommendations and presenting analysis and recommendations up to board level where appropriate
- Able to articulate the pros and cons of technology choices and solution design decisions and to construct and present rational options to clients and prospective clients on the options they have
- Delivering technology strategy, roadmaps and delivery blueprints for the technology design
