The Corporate Secretarial Manager is responsible for managing a varied client portfolio including all aspects of administration of client portfolios, entity specific requirements and applicable statutory regulations/requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing a varied client portfolio including all aspects of administration of
client portfolios, entity specific requirements and applicable statutory regulations /
requirements;
- Preparation and implementation of customer specific procedures in relation to the governance
and reporting requirements for specific customer structures;
- Organising and attending client board meetings to include drafting agendas, collating reports
for inclusion in board packs for board meetings and preparation of minutes;
- Assisting with general corporate compliance including the preparation of statutory returns for
filing with the relevant regulatory authorities;
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and intermediaries such as lawyers, auditors, bankers
and investment managers as required;
- Undertake other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required;
- Eagerness to work with entities/SPVs/companies from different jurisdictions including
Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Cayman Islands, etc.;
- Maintain an updated understanding of relevant regulatory and legal requirements and best
practices;
- Understand and contribute to achieving the company vision. Look for opportunities to lead
within the team and work collaboratively within the cosec team as well as the wider team;
- Managing corporate administration work of a portfolio of clients including SPVs, VCCs, Private Equity firms, Asset Managers, etc.;
- Understand the organization’s long term objectives in the region and create small term targets to help achieve them;
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage several tasks to meet deadlines; and
- Any other tasks that may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified or part qualified ICSA or SAICSA or CPA qualification or equivalent would be
advantageous
- Financial documentation (GAAP/IFRS), payroll
- Regulatory compliance (FATCA/CRS), Economic substance, MAS/SFC regulation
- Minimum 5-7 years’ company secretarial experience and any prior experience in financial
services industry is an advantage
- Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of the requirements for Singapore companies and for other off-shore
jurisdictions will be considered favourably
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and in Mandarin and other
languages will be considered favourably
- Team oriented and ability to work on own initiative
- Resilient under pressure
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change is a great advantage
