**What the role is**
- Technical Audit Executive

**What you will be working on**
- Perform construction audits to ascertain the correctness of payments by verifying the measurement of quantities, pricing and rates, as well as conducting site checks on completed works to highlight any deviations from contractual provisions. - Assist the team leader in carrying out the review of construction-related operations by gathering and collating information from drawings, tender specifications, operational manuals, relevant files, circulars, etc. and other duties/assignments as assigned. - Carry out pile penetration checks at HDB construction sites to measure the pile penetration lengths and appointed as scrutineer for upgrading polling exercises to verify the accuracy of polling result.

**What we are looking for**
- Possess background in Building / Construction Management / Civil & Structural Engineering / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Architecture or equivalent. - Preferably with relevant working experience in building construction activities. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and Words), quantity surveying, BIM will be an advantage. - Able to work as a team and conduct site investigation independently.
