**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Safety team, ensuring day-to-day operations focus on labelling quality through effective strategies, frameworks, and processes.
- Manage a team of quality assurance specialists, fostering continuous improvement by assessing key project metrics.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of labelling policies within the team and among relevant cross-functional stakeholders.
- Actively participate in establishing operational processes and strategies, overseeing labelling projects with the Project Manager, and providing detailed analysis and solutions for performance optimization.
- Supervise the growth of the Safety team, ensuring efficient day-to-day management.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment, consistently evaluating outcomes and proposing enhancements.
- Reinforce the team's comprehension of labelling policies and broader business understanding.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in the oversight of labelling projects.
- Offer thorough analysis and solutions to optimize performance.
- Ensure the successful delivery of productivity, quality, and other metrics.
- Tackle challenges related to sensitive content, including vulgar material, violence, pornography, and fake news.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree qualified
- Over 3 years of experience in the AI Model industry, content quality, or AI data service in a major tech or media company.
- Minimum 1 year of team management experience.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- In-depth understanding of online safety, privacy, and expression issues.
- Proficient in data analysis. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
