We are hiring a Project Management Associate for our Kantar Public office in Singapore.

In this role, you will manage the projects for both qualitative and quantitative studies, work closely with the project teams and clients to ensure timely and successful outcome deliveries. It will also include costs management with vendors and clients.

You would join our Methods and Operations team in Singapore, where we work with internal project teams to front the operational aspects of work including project management (PM), fieldwork management and external client to help governments and their partners to roll out large scale national statistics and longitudinal studies.

**About the role**As an Associate in our team, you will:

- Manage both quantitative and qualitative projects including setup, timeline, project monitoring and data quality checks
- Attend project meetings and work closely with the project team and clients to ensure timely and effective work progression
- Ensure compliance of project management and fieldwork practice to Kantar Public’s standard
- Perform quality control such as link check, data and tabulation verifications, and other related QC tasks
- Manage and work closely with internal and external vendors
- Attend fieldwork observations, and interviewers and recruitment briefings
- Actively involved in Project Review Meetings and document project learnings
- Work closely with project and finance team on project financial matters such as commissioning, purchasing order, monitoring the budgeted hours and spent at project level
- Participate in the development of Kantar Public, such as contribution to new strategic initiatives, and improvements to company processes that will lead to cost saving
- Support on RFQ (request for quotation) and proposal
- Support on desk research

**About you**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in project management
- Organised, meticulous, deadline driven and able to multi-task a number of projects and/or tasks at a time
- A problem-solver who is self-motivated and has a passion for learning
- Desire to challenge the status quo, able to see better ways of doing things and develop action plans to drive change and achieve strategic goals
- Adaptable and have a positive mindset
- Taking pride in doing great work
- A collaborative team player who is also unafraid to articulate his or her points-of-view
- Works well under pressure, with patience and perseverance
- Comfortable with data
- Lateral thinking
- Interpersonal, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Good time management and organisational skills
- Minimally Degree or equivalent in any field
- Must reside in Singapore currently, and is eligible to work in Singapore
