Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Direction
- Lead the concept development for high-end private residences, including space planning, color/material palette, and overall design language.
- Create detailed mood boards, design presentations, and storytelling to articulate creative vision to clients.
- Specify high-quality finishes, bespoke furniture, artisanal materials, lighting, and accessories appropriate to luxury lifestyles.
- Prepare comprehensive drawing packages including layouts, joinery details, material schedules, and FF&E documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers and CAD/3D support team.

Client & Project Management
- Serve as the main liaison with clients, providing confident leadership and design direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and site inspections; respond to feedback and ensure design alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with external consultants (architects, M&E, lighting, AV specialists) to integrate design seamlessly across disciplines.
- Develop and manage project timelines, procurement schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee site execution and installation, resolving site issues while maintaining design integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 10years of interior design experience, with at least 3 years leading luxury residential projects
- Proven portfolio showcasing completed high-end homes, villas, or penthouses
- Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with bespoke joinery, imported finishes, and custom FF&E
- Familiarity with international luxury brands, artisans, and material suppliers

Key Competencies
- Exceptional design taste and attention to craftsmanship and detail
- Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills
- Confident working with high-end or VIP clientele
- Leadership in managing internal teams and external partners
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Desirable
- Mandarin proficiency (for regional sourcing or client liaison)
- Experience in Southeast Asia or international luxury home markets
- Background in architectural detailing or interior architecture

Work Environment
- Office-based with regular client and site meetings
- Flexibility required for occasional evening/weekend meetings or overseas sourcing trips
