HR/ Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with Division Managers on staffing/manpower needs
- Reviewing Job Descriptions and Specifications, including salary packages
- Conducting Induction for new hires
- Managing Internship Programs
- Providing weekly recruitment reports
- Support and assist for ensuring all information input into the payroll system and associated documentation for approval of all payments
- Assist in the preparation of income tax / tax clearance
- Assist in update and communication of Company’s HR Handbook, policies and procedures
**Competencies**:
- Diploma in Human Resources or Degree in Business Administration/ HRM with at least 3 years of relevant HR recruitment experience
- Possess good knowledge of the Employment Act and other statutory Acts related to HR
- Independent, resourceful, with good problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
