Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment order fulfillment process for all Welbilt Brands.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer experiences and service quality.
- Collaborate with regional sales VP and product and service directors to develop customer relationship with channel partners.
- Communicate with channel partners on company updates.
- Maintain high degree of customer satisfaction for channel partners located in Rest of Asia.
- Ensure that the sales order acknowledgement comply with approved pricing and terms and conditions of sales.
- Accountable to customer for on time shipping of confirmed orders.
- Respond to channel partners request (equipment) for quotation.
- Ensure that customer PO pricing comply with approved pricing.
- Liaise with factory on the production lead time and shipping.
- Track orders status to ensure adherence to shipping date and update customer of changes.
- Communicate with channel partners on Welbilt updates - policy updates, product information, price list and service bulletins.
- Manage escalation from customers in the event of quality issue, damage in transit and short shipment.
- Support on complaint internally and respond to channel partners within agreed timelines.
- Increase revenues by looking immediately for additional opportunities in the account.
- Weekly review of backlog and shipping dates with inside sales located at factories for each Welbilt Brand.
- Provide sales and backlog updates to the commercial team.
- Support Product & Service team to manage our channel partners through the integration of information, and resources.
- Establish concession price list with target margins. Submit for approval by VP Sales.
- Maintain the agreed discount structure for all channel partners.
- Prepare cost and margin analysis and quotation with pricing for projects, and stocking order.
- To collate the 6 months rolling forecast from channel partners / commercial team for fryers and ovens.
