ORGANISATION: Genius Central Singapore Pte Ltd

LOCATION: Far East Square, Singapore

Marketing & Events Executive is responsible for executing marketing calendar, brainstorming with the team, organising and executing events, driving event attendance, planning and posting social media content, while maintaining and building relationships with new and existing members, clients, partners and affiliates.

**Summary**:
The Marketing & Events Executive shall work closely with the General Manager and Regional Marketing Manager in areas of promotion, sales, events, membership & business development.

What You’ll Do

**Marketing (25%)**
- Assist in the development of marketing and communications strategies and initiatives
- Manage coordination of marketing and communications campaigns/activities to leverage reach/results
- Monitor and review the response rates in order to improve and take corrective measures
- Update weekly marketing communications report
- Prepare a quarterly promotional plan with a primary marketing campaign each month. Plans will be presented to the Global team for feedback and review of previous Quarter Promotions Success
- Familiar with brand guidelines as brand custodian

**Social Media (25%)**
- Develop social media content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin
- Work closely with Graphic Designer to create content
- Copywriting Social Media Posts for approval
- Scheduling Social Media Posts
- Creating InstaReels, TikTok Videos weekly
- Respond to enquiries on social media pages

**Events (50%)**
- Events planning and management; end-to-end event process
- Plan and execute learning, lifestyle and corporate events e.g. networking events, entrepreneurship events, plant-based community, gluten-free community, crypto community etc
- Listing on all the necessary event listing platforms, i.e., AllEvents, Eventbrite, Meetup, LinkedIn, FB, etc
- Attract new clients, partners while engaging growing community
- Brief Graphic Designer to design collaterals for online and offline events
- Coordinate production of event materials not limited to flyers, pull-up banners, games etc
- Manage all event activities for Genius Central in line with the business plan and forecasts and manage the Singapore event budget
- Interact with customers, especially our members to make them feel welcome and get their valuable feedback on events, membership, food and drink; finding out what they would like more of and where we can improve on for the future
- Previous experience as a Events Representative or Executive for 3 year(s)
- Experienced in offline and online event planning
- Passionate about sales and marketing
- BA/BS in Marketing, Events, Communications or similar fields
- Goal oriented and experienced in working with and achieving targets
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker that pays attention to details
- Relationship & Networking aptitude
