Singapore BOC Aviation Full time

The Legal Executive will assist and provide a range of legal support and administration to the in-house Legal and Transaction Management Team, supporting the Company’s business and will be required to liaise and work alongside internal departments and external counterparties.

**Responsibilities**:

- The administration and closing of aircraft transactions, including leases, deliveries, amendments, extensions, aircraft and engine procurement and sales and novations.
- Preparing first drafts of Lease Agreements, Sale Agreements, Amendment Agreements, Letter Agreements, Letters of Intent and Procurement Contracts.
- Drafting, negotiating and revising ancillary documents and conditions precedent.
- Creating and updating the condition precedent checklists and managing the distribution, finalization, provision and collection of condition precedent documentation.
- Post-closing administration of transactions.
- Preparing approval papers for the Company and relevant subsidiaries.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes for sign offs, approvals, waivers etc as needed for each transaction being managed.

**Requirements**:

- Three years’ transactional experience as associate lawyer, paralegal, legal executive or similar capacity in a law firm or in-house role.
- Law degree or other legal qualification.
- Possess good communication skills and be well organized and self-motivated.
- A team player with a positive outlook.
- Meticulous attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven, proactive, diligent and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in word, excel and content management systems.
