Singapore SECURUS LEGAL LLC Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Interviewing witnesses and taking statements.
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits and settlement agreements.
- Providing support to lawyers in reviewing insurance policy wordings, analysing documents and carrying out legal research.
- Assisting lawyers in preparation of hearings and attending hearings to take notes and provide support to counsel.
- Provide administrative support to our lawyers, such as organising digital files, scheduling meetings and filing documents in court.
- Assisting in marketing efforts including organising seminars for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Meticulous, organized and possesses initiative
- Able to handle a varied caseload
- Able to draft legal documents with accuracy and precision
- Able to analyse complex legal issues
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
