Job Description:
Position: Blender (Gasoline)

Industry: Commodity Trading

Location: Temasek Ave

Salary Range: S$8,500 to S$13,500

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with traders on most optimum and economical blending program (balancing portfolio for quality optimization, selling of excess volume)
- Ensuring of product quality, reducing of product giveaways
- Handle daily blending program, to ensure product reliability and cost-efficient blending activities
- Be responsible for the product movement related matters (organize, manage, track and balance)
- Handle the schedule and nominations based on supply & demand, and inventory
- Ensuring of product test samples and quality certificates
- You will be working closely with traders to provide necessary operations support
- Handling of transportations activities, ensuring product can be moved efficiently (e.g transport economics, load balances, inventory optimization, transportation analysis and coordinating with relevant counterparts)
- Liaising with third party blend hub operator on movements
- Handling of logístical part on both constraints and opportunities, liaise with traders & operations side on this
- Coordinating with overseas team on scheduling of product movements
- Liaise with relevant department on month-end closing
- Generation of inventory, forecast and schedule reports
- Monitoring and reconcile of daily product stock
- Nominating inspections on all components / blends, and recycling with relevant parties as required
- Maintaining high level of safety standards, ensuring all activities are conducted within appropriate limits
- Be ready to provide accurate data and information when necessary (trader, risk management)

**Requirements**:

- Min 5 years of experience in similar capacity within the commodity trading industry, with experience in gasoline blending
- Has experience of scheduling vessel, barge, pipeline and/or other modes of transportations
- Familiar with full slate of gasoline products
- Has good knowledge on trading and logistics part of gasoline market, especially East of Suez region
- Has knowledge on hedging & execution, blend hub
- Be open to after work hours requirement, and overseas travel requirement
- Possess excellent communication skills and time management
