**Main Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional personalised experience (visit or otherwise) to each prospective parent and student by effectively and persuasively articulating the NLCS (Singapore) ethos, vision and values
- Ensure timely response to enquiries, accuracy of advice and guidance provided as well as professional and non discriminatory conduct towards all families at all times
- Develop personal rapport with prospective parents and students by gathering as much information on background and profile as possible and subsequently tailoring each visit and counselling experience accordingly
- Conduct 1:1 and group tours of the school and answer parent and student queries during pre-tour consultations
- Ensure the department’s SOPs are followed at all times, including, but not limited to:

- Ensuring Student Contracts are completed with accuracy and are kept up to date
- Ensuring all mandatory documentations are collected and are valid prior to a students enrollment, including but not limited to visa requirements, medical information and vaccination records as well as on island contact information for at least one parent
- Proactively drive conversion rates, being mindful of enrollment targets and KPI’s
- Accurate and efficient use of systems and software including: OpenApply, iSAMS, GL Assessment, Solar+, Firefly and SchoolPost
- Support scheduling and invigilation of student assessments and provide accurate and timely results to Director of Admissions
- Assist in production of accurate enquiry / admissions status and pipeline performance reports
- Accurate administration of student files, following the student admissions cycle including re-enrollment and withdrawal processes
- Assist with internal audits, statutory audits and process reviews
- Act as a brand ambassador representing the school at internal and external events with prospective new parents throughout the year (Open House, Networking, Expat Fairs, etc)
- Act in compliance with all Admissions Department regulatory obligations at all times, in particular those set out by EDB, MOE, ICA and CPE / EduTrust
- Any other duties as required by the Director of Admissions

**Safeguarding**:

- Abide by the school safeguarding policy and keep abreast of any changes

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or other education in the relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of admissions experience, preferably in an international school setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous, resourceful and with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
