Senior Recyclables Trader

**The opportunity: This is a remote position**

Outlast is looking for an experienced Recyclables Trader to help drive sales and grow our company In this role, you will be interacting directly with our customers to buy and sell recyclables. This will involve sourcing buyers and suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and ultimately, closing individual deals and partnerships. Individuals in this role will also get the opportunity to shape the direction of our company by working with our leadership to define sales strategies and goals as well as interfacing with our operations and engineering teams to execute on orders and build amazing new products

**What you will do**:
Grow our business by leveraging data and industry knowledge to source, identify, and onboard new customers and expand our business with existing customers

Build strong relationships with new buyers and sellers through referrals, cold calls, and attending trade shows and events

Define and execute a sales strategy and process to achieve our growth targets

Monitor and analyze industry trends and recommend new opportunities

Work with our product team to improve our technology by collecting customer feedback

Help build a fun, high-energy environment where people love coming to work

**Who we are looking for**:
Bachelor’s Degree

8+ years of experience doing sales, account management, or trading/brokering deals

**Experience and relationships within the E-Scrap recyclables market (strongly preferred)**

Strong communicator who never loses sight of the details

Self-starter with a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality and a bias for action

Someone passionate about disrupting an antiquated industry and who shares our environmental core values
