A leading Swiss private banking group that provides a range of wealth management services to private clients, families, and institutions worldwide with over a century of expertise.

Your New Role
- Work in tandem with internal sectors and external sub-custodians, custodians, agents, and brokers to ensure daily tasks align with organizational benchmarks.
- Monitor incoming inquiries and respond promptly or offer temporary solutions.
- Oversee Business Operations
- Evaluate daily inbound and outbound SWIFT messages linked to Corporate Actions.
- Execute the handling and balancing of positions and entitlements derived from Corporate Actions transactions.

**The Successful Applicant**:
What you will need to succeed
- Diploma/Degree and at least 3 years of experience in banking or a related field.
- Sound technical grasp of Corporate Action & Tax affairs
- Understanding of handling US restricted securities, tax-related reporting/reclaiming is beneficial
- Understanding of managing Bond Restructuring, and filing claims for defaulted instruments is advantageous
