**Senior Executive (External Relations and Communications)**:
**Responsibilities**
External Relations
- Assists management in establishing and managing the network of contacts with business chambers and foreign counterparts.
- Engages and liaises with stakeholders to nurture relationships, facilitate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Proactively evaluates and recommends incoming delegation requests, engaging stakeholders to determine suitability of engagement.
- Provides secretariat support on administrative notes, briefing documents, minutes of meetings and monthly reports.

Corporate Communications
- Develops and executes appropriate communication and engagement strategies and plans for SCCCI.
- Operationalises SCCCI’s corporate communications to deliver SCCCI’s key messages through both mainstream and digital channels.
- Develops media materials and collaterals, including but not limited to corporate videos, event promotional materials, media kits, etc.
- Tracks, analyses and reports the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with media engagement and exposure.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised degree in Chinese Studies, Media and Communications, International Relations, Business, or related discipline.
- Preferably possess 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Good command of the Chinese language with strong writing, speaking and presentation skills.
- Competent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Must be self-motivated, a team player, demonstrate initiative and an attention to detail.
- Prior experience in managing events and meetings with international participants would be an advantage.
