We are looking for a** **Project Procurement Manager **to join our Procurement team in Neste Singapore.

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, your main responsibilities include
- **Project Management**:

- Ensure entire project procurement to be delivered professionally, efficiently and in compliance with Neste Engineering Solutions requirements and agreement with the Client.
- Planning and scheduling for procurement activities for the project life time
- Estimating procurement hours for quotations and cost estimates
- Reservation of resources for purchasing and expediting activities
- Compiling vendor and contractor list
- Changing long term strategy into actions and results
- Monitoring the schedule and ensuring the agreed dates are met
- Procurement progress follow up & status reports
- Procurement tasks coordination and follow-up
- Procurement documentation management (NDAs, change orders, bank guarantees, handover documentation )
- **Procurement Management**:

- To manage, follow-up and control operative purchasing and expediting,
- To support the development of professional procurement and purchasing processes and practices
- To lead own professional development according to the Procurement strategic vision
- Procurement strategy and procurement procedures for the project (if required)
- Contract negotiations (if required)
- Contract & Claim management (if required)
- **Commodity Category Management**:

- Technical Equipment and Services
- MROs
- Rotating Equipment
- Mechanical Equipment
- Any other job assigned by the supervisor
- Participate projects and committees as assigned
- Participate and contribute to Company safety, health and environment related activities, procedure, process and programs

You will work closely with all internal customers (Plant Population) and external suppliers and contractors to ensuring consistency of procurement activities in the project. Be the focal point in project procurement and play management role in the project team._ _You will report to [manager’s title and location]

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- _Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with 8 years of experience or Degree with 2 years of experience. Preferably in Material Management / Supply Chain Management or Business administration_
- _Competent in Project Management, Procurement knowledge / experience, Vendor management, Negotiation skill_
