Lead the sales operation and execution of the luxury wine sales strategy within a specific geographic zone and act as brand ambassador to position our luxury brands portfolio, with the aim of maximizing sales and achieving the business plan in line with the Company’s strategy.

**Commercial Strategy**
- Ensure the implementation of the annual commercial plan for the geographic zone.
- Develop new B2C customers focused on Luxury Wine brands and Fine Wine brands, with a focus on relationship management and delivering outstanding service to ensure long term retention.
- Develop and grow a network of B2B corporate customers, fine wine retailers and top on trade contacts that are relevant for both sales and image building of our luxury wines.portfolio.
- Participate actively both in the annual commercial planning and execution cycle for Luxury wine brands.
- Follow the top down guidelines, in order to deliver the top down expectations (Brand Reputation, Volume, Prices, Marketing Support and Execution Guidelines).

**Sales Processes**
- Develop new consumers and extend core clients libraries of our Luxury Brands.
- Persistently and actively running luxury brands events/activities/roadshows/social connections to maintain sustained growth of fine wine consumers to make sales target.
- Develop partnerships across other B2C customers.
- Develop in market activation to ensure depletions of the Fine Wines Portfolio.

**Consumer Service**
- Host tastings and consumer events that deliver top notch experiences in line with the positioning of our Luxury Brands Division guidelines and in collaboration with our brand ambassadors
- Use professional fine wine knowledge to support and train consumers.
- Delivery Concha y Toro Fine Wine good image and reputation to support sales.

**Promotions Management**
- Manage ongoing planning and execution of promotions throughout the trading year, in collaboration with the marketing team, aligning to key events and ATL (Above the Line) marketing campaigns
- Feedback relevant competitor activities in your market to our Marketing team and HQ
- Ensure improvement in the availability of our Luxury Brands portfolio across channel in your geographic area.
