**Trident Digital is looking for ONE Full-Time Assistant Producer to Add to Our Team** **Type of Employment: Full-Time Position** **Commencement Date: End-August** As the Assistant Producer of our company, you will work directly with the Founder and other leaders of the company and is responsible for conceptualising, planning, executing and overseeing the video editing and filming process for the company. Creatives that we normally produce include Testimonial Videos, IGTV videos, Introductory Videos, Tiktok videos, Ad videos, and so on. Since video is known to be one of the best ways to communicate and promote the company's/ clients’ messages on online and offline platforms, your position will play an important role in the team’s success. **[HOW LIFE IS GOING TO LOOK LIKE FOR YOU]** You'll get to rub elbows with elite professionals in the Financial Services and Real Estate Industry. This is why we do this because we believe in helping you improve daily, no matter how small the growth - being 1% better every day If you're keen to join an organisation that prioritises your growth - we are here for you **[YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES]** Your primary roles include: - Interacting and communicating with our clients - Working closely with our creative teammates, especially the Videographer - Regularly communicate and collaborate with the video and design teams - Understanding and establishing a clear outcome and purpose for each video production - Planning for the shoots (i.e. logistics, location scouting) - Taking part in the conceptualisation, storyboarding, and filming of online video content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others alongside the supervisor/ client - Planning and directing video shoots for clients - Having an understanding of how to set up, and operate the audio, light and camera equipment - Providing creative solutions to unforeseen problems on set - Creatively and intentionally story tell videos using videography techniques with the proper use of DSLR Cameras or even the iPhone camera - Ensure that all projects, templates, and raw/ edited media files are properly transferred, organized, documented and uploaded to our online library Your secondary roles include: - Editing Testimonial Videos, Event Trailers, Interview Videos, Ad Videos, and social media content using the Adobe suite - Working with the video team in post-production - Experimenting and trying out new things with the equipment on hand - Staying updated with the latest video trends, especially on Tiktok **[REQUIREMENT]** - Possess an educational/ experiential background in videography and photography - Keeping up with the latest filmmaking/ photography/ editing trends - Understands the process of pre and post-production - Has a creative mind and good storytelling skills - Having the technical know-how on the setting up and operation of equipment on set - Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations and having a “never say die” attitude to work - Open to constructive feedback and will take immediate actionable steps to improve their performance - Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite - Solid attention to detail - And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team - BONUS: If you have knowledge of the financial and real estate industry **[TAKE THIS SIMPLE TEST BEFORE YOU APPLY]** Before you apply, take this simple 5-steps tes
