- Ensure all inbound shipment are check and tally before shipment are cleared from terminal.

- Ensure all cargo are secure and lock during loading and unloading. At any time, cargo cannot be leave

unattended.
- Ensure all inbound shipment are handle and clear on time.
- Ensure timely collection or delivery to/from customer.
- Ensure delivery information are entered into the system correctly and timely.
- Ensure documents are check prior before lodgement/clearance.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintain in clean and free from damage at all time.
- Report any technical or mechanical issue of the vehicle to Operations manager.
- Any additional duties assigned by Management.
