Job Title: Courier

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of packages to customers.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Accurately record delivery status and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any issues.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages at the depot.
- Report any problems or concerns regarding deliveries to the supervisor promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite and professional at all times.
