**What the role is**
- We aim to improve the existing parking systems through the testing and implementation of new technologies. Through these new initiatives, we strive to provide a world-class parking experience for our motorists, and contribute to a building a pleasant living environment for our residents.

**What you will be working on**
- Involved in the planning and implementation of Parking Systems - Re-design and re-engineer business and operations processes related to car park management so that there would be tight integration between operations and technology - Administer IT systems to support business functions and operations. - Collaborate with other government agency counterparts on operational work processes, systems development and management - And any other carparking policy review, strategic planning and operations management

**What we are looking for**
- Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field - Possess strong and pragmatic problem solving, analytical, and process improvement skills, and an eye for details. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle complex issues spanning ops and tech domains and to manage service providers, residents and stakeholders - Excellent team player with good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
