Customer Service Representative

Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer orders, requests, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.
- Respond to customers in a professional, prompt, and efficient manner by proactively providing updates and follow-ups through constant communications.
- Resolve customer issues independently and in an efficient manner.
- Ensure accurately and efficiently processing of customer orders in Oracle Cloud System including Order Acknowledgment to customers within 24hours.
- Process purchase orders to suppliers and liaise with forwarder including consolidation shipment till goods receipt.
- Work with supply chain partners and third-party providers to ensure smooth end to end delivery.
- Collaborate with the team and internal partners to manage local inventories and deliveries including stock-take.
- Perform other duties as required.
