Below is a brief description of your job scope. The Management may adjust your job scope from time-to-time to better align with the organisation objectives.

**Job Description**:

- Reporting to the Head, Partnerships and Startup Development, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop, maintain and grow our strategic opportunities with both existing and new SEA market partners aligned to ACE.SG’s mission.
- You will work closely with the Global Partnerships Team and SEA market partners to design, implement programmes, offerings and promotion campaigns to promote the various SEA markets Singapore-incorporated startups could expand into.
- You will conceptualize, train and track engagement plans of SEA market partners.
- You will have to track budget, project charter and budget utilisation for activities with SEA market partners, such as immersion programmes.
- You will analyse trends of each SEA market that startups wish to enter and identify potential SEA market partners that could assist startups to soft land into the market.
- You will conceptualize and develop standardized strategic commercial objectives and partnership agreement with SEA market partners.
- You will develop, monitor and review performance indicators of measurement for the partnerships with SEA market partners.
- You will provide consultancy and advisory services for startups to advise them on the various SEA markets.
- You will carry out studies and prepare landscape reports on market development, economic analysis, technology trends and other relevant areas pertaining to the various SEA markets startups could explore expanding into.
- You will provide regular updates to the Management on the progress and activities for Singapore + 1 partnerships during meetings or in writing as and when as required.

You will manage or participate in any Special Projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with the relevant skills sets may also apply.
- You are obsessed with details and display unquestionable work ethics.A plus to have some domain knowledge of the startup scene, but more importantly you have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
