**Meaningful Work From Day One**
- Be a strategic thinking partner to senior leaders in Asia and across our global network.
- Drive data-informed decisions that shape portfolio, brand, and channel strategy.

- Connect insights across regions to amplify learning and accelerate business impact.
**What You Can Expect**
- Deliver Actionable Business Insights
- Identify critical knowledge gaps and generate insights across consumers, shoppers, categories, and markets to inform brand, portfolio, and channel strategies.
- Lead Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Oversee continuous and ad-hoc research using tools like Nielsen, IWSR, Kantar, and social listening to track market trends and consumer behavior.
- Champion Asia Market Intelligence
- Share relevant Asian market studies and ensure integration with global insights to drive synergies and business relevance across the region.
- Act as a Strategic Business Partner
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams, provide consultation on research methodologies, and participate in business reviews to identify opportunities and learnings.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with brand, trade, sales, and finance teams to support commercial growth and leverage insights across APAC. Act as key advisor to APAC Marketing Director.
- Manage Research Agencies & Data Partners
- Supervise agency performance, ensure clear deliverables, manage contracts, and support global-local alignment in research partnerships.
- Drive Insight-Led Growth Strategy
- Proactively shape the insight agenda by identifying key questions and ensuring data-driven decision-making to unlock regional growth.
- Oversee Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accurate data sourcing and dashboard delivery, provide timely KPI reporting, and support business steering through key metrics.
- Lead with Influence and Inspiration
- Be an active member of the APAC Marketing Leadership Team, align with Commercial and RGM leaders, and shape the regional insights agenda.
- Develop Talent, Capabilities & Inclusive Culture
- Coach, mentor, and build capabilities across the insights team, and more broadly as capability champion for marketing in Asia; foster a diverse and inclusive environment where team members feel valued and empowered.
**What You Bring to the Table**
- Proven experience in market research, category management, and strategic planning within the FMCG industry.
- Proven record of building premium brands & categories.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills, and exposure to innovative research methods.
- Experience with digital-led data analysis & KPI tracking.
- Team leadership and capability development.
- Both marketing research agency and client-side experience desired.
- Regional Asia or APAC experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; fluent in English and business-proficient in at least one other Asian language.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SPSS, Desktop Reporter, and other relevant data tools and platforms.
- Strategic thinker with sharp analytical ability, commercial acumen, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communicator—able to convey complex insights clearly, influence stakeholders, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient with strong project management skills, intellectual curiosity, and a readiness to challenge the status quo.
