Title: Sales Executive - the Good Farmer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for fresh meat, frozen pastries, and manufactured food products.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, distributors, and retailers to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with market demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance standards within the food industry.
- Continuously update product knowledge and communicate updates to the sales team.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Initiative and self-driven to expand market share
- No degree required
- Hardworking attitude is a must

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
