The Head, Asia Pacific Region identifies regional and local strategic insights to advise and support regional activation of the enterprise strategy through innovative and cutting-edge thought leadership and solutions. Collaborates with leaders across the region to identify region/country level insights and develop region/country strategies that address the unique needs of the local market and are relevant and meaningful to local employees to help advance DEI across the world.
This position is primarily connected to accelerating our global culture of inclusion where every individual belongs and building a workforce that reflects the diversity of our communities.
**Strategy Development**
- Identify regional / local strategic insights and cultural differences to advise and support regional activation of the enterprise strategy through innovative and cutting-edge thought leadership and solutions
- Create a sense of urgency and influence around building a cultural of inclusion where every individual belongs
- Create a culture of continuous improvement around building a workforce that reflects the diversity of our communities
**Operational Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of region-based initiatives ensuring alignment with the enterprise DEI strategy
- Leverage DEI data and insights to help drive regional priorities in tangible ways
- Provide guidance on regional partnerships that help create external impact and support continuous positive change

**Required Years of Related Experience**:
- Bachelors degree minimum
- 8 years of business experience
- People leadership is required
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Ability to analyze complex data and tailor it for multiple audiences
- Ability to create a vision for the relevant region
- Ability to strategically plan and build processes for regional areas
- Ability to quickly build relationships and trust with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with global strategies and initiatives preferred
- Familiarity with problem-solving and DEI consulting
