Client side Head of Leasing position in Singapore

Aurex Group (formerly Capstone Recruitment) is working with a highly reputed retail occupier in Singapore as they roll out their next phase of portfolio growth. With a keen appetite to identify and expand footprint in Singapore, we are now searching for a proven leader in the fast fashion sector for their store development.
**Key Mandate**
In this role, the Gernecal Manager, Leasing will work closely with the local government and land owners to identify expansion opportunities in Singapore. This includes market research, site selection, pitching and negotiating with stakeholders and project engagement with other functions within the group. The incument is expected to manage a team consisting facilities management and proejct management functions.
**Suitable Profile**
This role will suit someone currently working for an F&B/ Fast Fashion occupier with an interest in building their own track record. You will be someone who wants the autonomy and leads a team to develop and deliver a real estate strategy; be supported by an organisation with the ambition to execute your growth plans.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a track record working on the end-to-end process of retail store development in Singapore. You will understand the importance of building business cases, preparing feasibility studies and developing relationships with all stakeholders in the public and private sector real estate industry.
