Responsibilities Manage and provide direction and guidance to the team in the execution of the leasing strategies. Formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental yields and occupancy of the properties within the commercial portfolio. Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals with existing clients, and liaise with property agents. Review and recommend the position and tenancy mix of new and existing properties. Recommend periodic changes to tenancy mix renewal of existing leases. Conduct market research and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost. Prepare annual rental budget, rental forecast and management reports. Sign letter of offer, tenancy agreement and other related documentation. Requirements Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 15 years' experience in commercial leasing. Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
