Polybee is on a mission to enhance global food security. To achieve our mission, we are building technologies that increase productivity in the fresh produce sector in agriculture. Our first service forecasts yield and automates pollination using nano-drones and AI. Our main customers are seed companies, greenhouse co-operatives, and indoor vertical farms.

**YOU’LL BE A MEMBER OF**:Computer Vision team.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO AT POLYBEE:
You will be working on training and evaluating deep learning models (detection/ segmentation) and developing image processing solutions for yield forecasting so that it meets the accuracy and throughput required by industry standards.
You will be expected to deploy these models into production to analyze the data collected by our drones. You will be responsible for collection and sampling of data on edge using embedded systems on the drone.
You will also be expected to work in tandem with other teams at Polybee in developing and testing hardware and software closely related to the functioning of our micro-drones.
**HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proficiency in Python (computer vision and machine learning libraries like OpenCV, scikit-learn, pandas, SciPy) and C++
- Experience using at least one of the deep learning frameworks - Pytorch (preferred)/ Tensorflow/Keras
- Experience implementing deep learning architectures for object detection/segmentation/object tracking.
- Knowledge in stereovision, 3D reconstruction and photogrammetry/SfM.
- Experience in cloud computing (AWS) and containerization to train and deploy models
