**Job Opportunity**:AVP Investment Operations due diligence with a leading Buyside**

**Location**: Singapore

Our client is an established and blue-chip PE/investment firm. It invests in private equity funds, with a focus on the development and innovation of new investment platforms and products to make private equity (“PE”) accessible to a broader group of investors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Due Diligence**: Provide an assessment of private equity fund managers, their funds and co-investment opportunities’ operational due diligence posture and provide a recommendation to the firm’s Operational Committee and Investment Committee regarding the investment opportunity, as well as any relevant findings.
- **Operational Monitoring**: Maintain and enhance the firm’s framework for conducting operational due diligence on private equity managers, funds and co-investment opportunities.
- **Stakeholder management**: This role requires a proactive individual who can work alongside the team, drive operational excellence, and foster a collaborative environment. This role work closely with the investment team to engage private equity fund managers to gather necessary information and resolve any due diligence-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in operational due diligence, with a focus on private equity funds.
- **Skills**: Good understanding of private equity fund structures, investment strategies, and operational processes, particularly those of managers in Europe and North America. Technical understanding of cyber and information security controls is preferred. Additional knowledge of private credit funds is a plus but not a must.
