**Your Role**

Mighty Jaxx is looking for an Associate Video Producer to create exciting content that
in crafting storyboards and mood boards with strong storytelling components as well as
showing technical expertise in creating video content that aligns with our brand and
marketing objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you will collaborate closely with the wider design team,
including Art Directors and Motion Graphic Designers to create fun and engaging video
content for our products. This is a hybrid on-site role that requires close teamwork to
achieve creative excellence from concept to completion.

**Responsibilities**

**Video Production and Photography**
- Assist in planning and executing video projects from pre-production through to

post-production and go-live on owned website, social media platforms.
- Work closely with the Senior Video Producer to develop video concepts that align

with brand and marketing strategies.
- Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
- Edit video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After
- Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements as needed.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in various marketing materials and social
- media.
- Conduct content trend research to create fresh and engaging content to improve

our brand presence in the realm of collectibles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related

field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in video production and photography for social media and owned

site platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software and post-production techniques.
- Experience with cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software would be a plus.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for toys, creativity, and storytelling.
