shopDisney APAC is seeking an experienced **Senior Business Analyst, shopDisney APAC**, your role encompasses the management of analytics and visualizations (e.g dashboards), utilising a wide range of digital data sources to deliver insights, trend analysis and forecasting. Your primary objective is to transform data into readable, goal-oriented reports that support effective business decision making and drive sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Insights, Reporting, and Amplification
- Serve as the gatekeeper and developer of digital metrics for website, marketing, customer acquisition & retention, product, logistics, finance and customer service
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and conversion across all Disney digital properties and channels
- Collaborate with other analysts to deliver end-to-end metrics across Disney's business and brands, working closely with the Insights team to provide timely, relevant, and actionable insights across regions
- Accountable for managing all data and maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Extract, manipulate, and present data to deliver valuable consumer and business insights aligned with broader objectives and KPIs

Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Collaborate with Marketing team to measure performance and support shopDisney's customer acquisition and retention strategy
- Work on increasing the lifetime value of shopDisney customers and deepening brand engagement and conversion
- Leverage customer data to enable better product forecasting, providing behavioural analysis and lifecycle marketing

Stakeholder Management
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that improve customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Educate functional leads on tracking the effectiveness of key metrics and leveraging data to make data driven decisions
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders and pro-actively
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, marketing teams, and external partners

Methodology
- Adopt an customer-focused approach to identify user experiences and interactions across different target audiences
- Continuously review processes and outputs to suggest improvements and proactively enhance workflow efficiency
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that optimize business performance and inform business decisions
- Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable teams to visualize data insights to monitor performance and derive insights
- Create and maintain documentation that outlines data collection, analysis, and reporting processes

Working Relationships

Team player and collaborator. Ability to collaborate successfully in matrix and multinational organization. Work across a range of stakeholders to support their digital projects, providing input and insight on audiences, measurement and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics
- 4 years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and generate insights
- Highly proficienct in SQL, Excel and experience working with databases
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy or other data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to think about both practical and visionary uses of available data
- Strong team player, able to work in a busy and demanding environment
