**About SingTech Offshore**
SingTech Offshore is a newly established JV company to provide integrated offshore vessel solutions including different type of offshore construction vessels, ship management, international crewing, marine assurance, engineering support and contract management. The JV partners have been in the offshore oil & gas and renewable industry for over 20 years.
**The Role**
The BD and Commercial Manager is responsible to drive international business development and growth through the existing client network of the JV partners in the offshore oil & gas and renewable industry. He / She will also be responsible for bidding, contract negotiation and execution.
The BD and Commercial Manager is based in Singapore and is expected to travel outside Singapore for marketing and bidding as determined by the needs of the business.
This role reports to the General Manager of SingTech Offshore.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
- Generating leads and reaching out to prospective customers.
- Fostering and developing relationships with clients and partners.
- Meeting potential clients.
- Preparing proposals.
- Drafting offshore vessel charter and S&P contracts.
- Commercial negotiations.
- Monitoring contract execution.
- Supporting operations team in commercial aspects.
**Key Competencies**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the offshore industry.
- Familiar with offshore support and construction vessels.
- Experienced in offshore vessel charter and S & P.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a team player and able to work independently.
