**Converged Risk Intelligence Analyst - APAC** - Singapore Regular - Corporate Function / Support Job ID: A257265 **Responsibilities** The Global Physical Security Intelligence (Intel) team enables confident, risk-informed decision-making across TikTok and ByteDance. We take an impact-driven approach to intelligence—developing actionable products and services that help stakeholders understand how the world affects TikTok/ByteDance, and how TikTok/ByteDance affects the world. Our goal is to identify and reduce risk to people, assets, operations, and reputation across the enterprise. - Monitor global intelligence sources to identify emerging threats and hazards with potential business impact, with a particular focus on APAC. - Produce proactive risk landscape assessments, forecasting potential threats and vulnerabilities. - Deliver clear and timely tactical and operational reporting to support decision-making during crises or major events. - Drive program development efforts by enhancing existing capabilities and exploring innovative approaches when strategically valuable. - Lead cross-functional intelligence efforts during high-impact global events or geopolitical shifts. - Continuously assess stakeholder intelligence needs and refine collection and analysis accordingly. - Develop and maintain a diverse range of intelligence sources, including OSINT and deep/dark web monitoring. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align intelligence outputs with operational priorities and mitigation strategies. - Provide regional expertise to help interpret how geopolitical, criminal, activist, or digital threats may evolve and affect the business. **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications: - Substantial experience in intelligence collection, analysis, and production—particularly in identifying long-term trends and their business implications. - Professional background in a security or intelligence role within a global enterprise. - Strong ability to triage and prioritize multiple threats in real time. - Demonstrated ability to monitor, analyze, and report on complex and fast-moving global developments. - Expertise in OSINT, including social media monitoring, illicit communities, and deep/dark web research. - Experience investigating threat actors, mapping TTPs, and supporting attribution and behavioral analysis. - Familiarity with cyber, geopolitical, or violent actor-related intelligence products. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to identify and adapt to new or emerging intelligence challenges and sources. - Skilled in editing and reviewing intelligence products for analytic rigor and clarity. - Experience tailoring intelligence outputs to meet stakeholder-specific needs. - Strong presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to brief senior stakeholders with poise and clarity. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams. **Job Information** About Us - Founded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
