All mechanical calculations and checks are in accordance with the European standard EN ISO13782. **Responsibilities**: 1) Expand sales channels; 2) Maintain the existing customer relationship, visit regularly and do a good job in customer service; 3) Strengthen sales management and control sales expenses; 4) Cooperate with and supervise the implementation and management of the project to improve the customer satisfaction rate. **Requirements**: 1) At least two years’ experience in sales and marketing, fluent in English listening, speaking and writing; 2) Sales experience in events, exhibitions and activities is preferred; 3) Experience in building sales or architectural design institute is preferred; 4) Sales experience of fixed buildings, steel structures and high-end sunshine houses is preferred. 5) Good adaptability and pressure bearing ability, strong learning ability and communication ability; 6) Like to travel. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Parental leave - Work from home **Experience**: - sales in event, exhibition, sports or construction: 5 years (required) License/Certification: - work pass (required) **Location**: - Singapore (required) Willingness to travel: - 50% (required) Work Location: Remote
