**Responsibilities**:

- Able to handle full set of export shipping documentation with good knowledge on Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Work closely with the Sales Dept to manage projects as well as documentation and filing and providing sales/administrative support to the sales team
- Handle telephone calls and provide assistance on sales enquires
- Arrange delivery for both local and overseas order and monitoring status of orders
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and warehouse for shipment arrangement Generate Sales Order, Sales Contract, Delivery Advice/Shipping Instruction, Delivery Order, Invoice & Packing List
- Update and consolidate sales and management reports on a regular basis
- Handle admin and some basic accounting matters

**Requirements**:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is required.
- 3-5 years of working experience as Sales coordinator preferred with excellent knowledge of full set of export shipping documentation. Experience liaising with supplier, forwarder and warehouse are required.
- Min. Diploma qualification. With Degree is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Long term employment history is preferred without regular job hopping.
- Meticulous, pro-active and resourceful and possess positive work attitude.
- Good written & spoken English and Chinese language.
- Able to multi-task with high level of initiative and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
