Medical Representative

Our Client is pharmaceutical Company from Japan. The role of a Medical Representative is to responsible for intermediaries between pharmaceutical firms and healthcare professionals. You will be reporting to the Product Sales Manager. 【 What you will be doing 】 - Achieve and exceed sales targets of allocated territory/product by developing new business with existing and potential clients, aggressively buildup of product market share in respective sales territories - Attend industry association meetings and seminars. - Identify and target key physicians and key allied healthcare professionals, winning concessions and maintaining relationships; - Analyze territory and customer data, doctor call reports, and track territory spending on a regular basis; - Living up to MYOP/SGOP code of Conduct and High-Performance Culture Guidelines - Ensures all marketing and business practices are in line with the MYOP/SGOP & local PHARMA code of conduct (whichever is stricter) - Maintain positive, self - motivate & encourage team members - ** Requirement**: 【 What they are looking for 】 - Tertiary qualifications (preferably in Science/ Medicine or Business) - At least 1 year of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience. - Experience in the Cardiology and Nephrology therapeutic areas is an advantage. - Valid Class 3/3A driving license with your own transport to facilitate your work requirements. - Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments, e.g., mid and senior-level healthcare professionals, key accounts, and the medical community - Proven track record in influencing the stakeholder decision-making process and creating value in an ecosystem with multiple influential players / decision-makers - Proven demonstration of successful working in complex cross-functional teams - Dynamic individual, with an aggressive attitude towards achieving your sales targets in your given territory. - Keen service orientation will ensure that your clientele’s needs are met with your excellent interpersonal, selling, and communication skills. - Deliver features and benefits of your products to your customers. - Honest and open exchange of opinion and possess the highest standard of personal and professional ethics and compliance. - ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00 - ** Benefit**: 【 What they are offering 】 - Attractive commission - Annual Leave 15 days (Maximum up to 30 days) - Medical Benefit - Car Allowance(S$1000/month) - Flex benefit (S$1500/year)
