**About the role**

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Community Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Waveshore Pte. Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion on our social media channels and online platforms. This position is based in our office in Raffles Place, Central Region.

**What you'll be doing**

1. Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute social media campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Manage content calendar and coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging posts, videos, and live streams.
- Run digital ads (Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) and monitor performance to optimize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report key KPIs (traffic, conversions, engagement, community growth).

2. Community Operations
- Build and manage online communities (Telegram, Discord, WeChat groups, Facebook Groups, etc.) for brand fans, customers, and partners.
- Organize online/offline events, collaborations, and campaigns to strengthen customer engagement.
- Develop user-generated content (UGC) strategies to encourage community participation.
- Handle community inquiries and feedback, maintaining strong customer relationships.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with sales, design, and product teams to align community and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with local/international partners for joint campaigns and co-branding activities.
- Support e-commerce operations by integrating community growth with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee marketing funnels.

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) - required for content creation and community management across markets.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media operations, or community management (e-commerce or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Facebook, and their analytics tools.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
