**Job Description**:
Wood Mackenzie is looking for an enthusiastic and professional on-site Receptionist to take responsibility for providing an excellent reception, administration, hospitality and facilities service to our Singapore Office at One Marina Boulevard.

You will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, Facilities Team and Administration Team to deliver on administrative support tasks and hospitality requests along side your reception duties which involves meet and greet of our valued external visitors.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Maintain the Reception and common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times such as the meeting rooms, café area, collaborate zones and phone booths.
- Handle phone queries and directing it the appropriate members and welcoming visitors and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains the office and facilities related services such as meeting rooms management, mails postage & distribution, coordinating courier and receiving deliveries, book taxi, ordering general office supplies such as stationery, postage stamps, and working with building MCST on equipment, lightings and fixtures maintenance for office.
- Maintains office security by following visitor procedures, maintaining the visitor logbook, and visitor pre-registration submission with the building MCST for access.
- Provides remote administrative support to the PCI Chemicals team in KL Office on Travel booking and Concur processing and any adhoc admin tasks required.
- Provides administrative support to the local Business teams of 16 on event support, Travel booking, Concur expenses, office supplies invoice coding in BASWARE, coordinating New Hire on-boarding process with IT and OMB MCST on office & building access.
- Work closely and buddy with the Team Administrators on admin support coverage and performing any ad-hoc administration duties as needed.
- Possibly coordinating and supporting Office Events as required.
