Recruitment:
- Application and issuing of work pass for both client and Supreme HR
- Conduct full cycle of recruitment process including draft and place the
advertisement, shortlist and conduct interview
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels. Work with
Polytechnics and ITE on interns’ placement and job fair
- Support and deliver HR services including recruitment, orientation, handle
employee relations & welfare, disciplinary and grievance handling, etc
- Prepare and execute confirmation and annual performance review exercise
- Manage and review of HR policies, procedures & Employee handbook as well as
terms & conditions of employment to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate HR database and update employee records in HR information’s
system
- Follow up and ensure that all staff’s employment status, i.e. conversion and
confirmation of employment, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination,
dismissal, etc. are process with proper documentation in a timely manner
- Processing insurance, medical and dental claims on a timely manner
- Ensure that the Supreme HR social media has regular updates in areas such as
staff engagement activities and profiling company culture to attract potential
Training:
- Responsible for the staff training programs
- Maintenance of online exam system for staff
- Work with mangers to improve training programs
Staff Recreation, Engagement and Welfare
- Organize company events such as CNY, Christmas party etc successfully to
increase staff engagement
- Organizing ad hoc recreational and staff engagement activities
Payroll
- Assist in payroll processing, including; monthly updates to employee files,
bonus/incentive pay, tracking leaves, importing expense reimbursements,
inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes.
- Administration and submission of statutory Tax Clearance for Resignee(s).
- Assist in reviewing payroll process and making improvements.
Finance:
- Backup to raising client invoices
Others:
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management and/or related field
- CEI certification will be a plus
